I LOVE ITALIAN. IT IS THE END OF LIFE AS I KNOW IT!

So.
A girls gotta eat. Right? HELL YEAH SHE DOES.
And after conquering Sydney Harbour Bridge,
(see previous post) she is ravenous.
We checked out this groovy Italian restaurant in Paddington.
La Scala.
http://www.lascalaonjersey.com.au/page/restaurant.html
We had actually been here briefly the night before for a quickie Negroni cocktail & had met some staff, who were super friendly. Possibly a little over friendly.. hmm
We had decided to go back the following night for dinner.
On our arrival, darling Andy- who we had met the night before, greeted us warmly with a big smile & a kiss on the cheek.
This was a first for me.
I had walked into a restaurant & the manager had not only remembered me from the night before, he remembered my name & proceeded to give me a kiss on the cheek.
Talk about a good salesman, he made me feel like royalty! I never wanted to leave. I wanted to sample everything on the menu, just because he was uber nice to us.
And what can i say, he did give us our dessert 'on the house'
No complaints from us.
IT WAS BLISS.
Gorgeous interior, amazing atmosphere & Andy telling me he thought there was something strange about me when he discovered that i am from Melbourne & although i am not left handed, i eat left handed.
Knife in left. Fork in right.
It just works.
Anyway, check La Scala out if you are ever gracing the shores of Sydney!
The lamb is to die for.

I WILL NEVER FORGET YOU, SYDNEY!

AHHHHH, to be young, fancy free & footlose is a good life.
So, so much fun can be had when you jampack everything
humanly possible into a couple of short days in Sydney.
This is one of my many stories from just one weekend in Sydney.
I was visiting a friend & i always wanted to climb the bridge.
Yes.
THE SYDNEY HARBOUR BRIDGE.
Seriously.
Who even does that?
Well, apart from movie stars & Oprah along with her 300 Americano tourists? Who else do you know who has climbed it?
I can think of... ZERO.
MISSION ACCEPTED!
After some wine, cocktails, dancing & a rather late night
*cough4amcough* the night before,
the last thing your body wants to do is get up at
7am to climb a bridge for 3.5hrs.
But, being a stubborn Dutchie, this only made me want to prove to myself that i can definitely do it. A walk in the park. What a breeze!
You know what, it was bloody brilliant!
Now, im not scared of heights, but i was still wondering if i would get a flutter of butterflies in the belly or a twinge of nerves race
through my body during the climb.
But i got nothing.
Not even the slightest little twinge when we are walking over what
seems to be wire mesh.
Not a twinge when we came out on top to make the hike up to the summit.
I was simply, fine.
It is absolutely SPECTACULAR.
The bridge, the harbour, the opera house, the city skyline, looking one way to the horizon you spot bondi beach, looking the opposite way you can see the blue mountains.
Utterly breathtaking in every possible way.
I love, LOVE being up high & being able to see everything.
No matter where i am.

WWW.PRIMPED.COM.AU is fantastic!

Alright, you know when you have an absolute CRAP day at the office & you get in your car to come home, you are already FUMING & then some middle aged guy in his slick, black, shiny BMW zooms past you & cuts you off at a million miles an hour- which just adds fuel to your already massive fire burning in your belly? Yeah. That happened to me yesterday.
It's times like this, you have 2 options.
Option A: Find an angry, loud, hardcore rock, full of swears CD & blast it until your ears bleed.
OR~
Option B: Find a CD that is full of some of the most amazing, melodic piano you could ever dream of to help calm the furness that burns within.
Ladies & Gents. I chose Option B. I recommend you go here:
Please. If anyone is out there actually reading this, just go to his website & listen to some tunes, or buy a CD or sign him up. PRONTO.
It's not even a question. It's obvious. Just do it already.
Stop reading my crap & go & listen to something amazing.
My personal favourite CD, as below:

Feeling a bit more calm as you walk in your front door, you are greeted with a massive package waiting for you on your bed. (no pun intended..)
A rush of endorphins pour over your body from head to toe.
What is this? Who is it from? Why did i get this?
Before you can even say 'supercalifragilisticexpealidocious' you've already ripped open the package & discover that the DARLINGS at
have sent you 4 brand, spankin' new Loreal Hair products to trial for 1 week and give a review on. ECSTASY! Every girls dream!
NEW! TRIAL! HAIR PRODUCT! LOREAL! REVIEW!
And they're not just sample size. These babies are fully grown.
FYI, Zoe's blog is FANTASTIC!
MASSIVE THANKYOU TO PRIMPED. xox

L.O.V.E THINGS:

So, ages ago on one of my very early blogs i wrote something about enjoying things to do with love. Whether it's a neckalce *coughSEEBELOWcough*
or a dress or pretty much everything.
Here is the latest instalment os LOVE for you all.

And, just for kicks.. here is a jumper i bought last year when i was in a little place called Harajuku, Tokyo.
Thats in JAPAN, people.
Absolutely amazing place. I would go back in a heart beat... maybe i will..
The shopping. The shopping. The shopping. Mind boggling!
You can buy ANYTHING here. If you want it, you'll find it in Tokyo.
If you can't find it, it doesn't exist.
Thats the rule.

DEAR BLOG, DONT HATE ME 'COS I FORGOT ABOUT YOU..

So i kind of forgot about the whole 'blog' thing until i was signing up for emails from the BEST beauty website out there:
and they asked if i had a blog, what was my URL... (more on this later) and as ashamed as i am to say it.. i actually had to Google my own blog to find it. WOW. i am crap at blogs!
Not anymore.
So, without further ado.. here's a lovely pic of some bright, happy colours all lined up, some nice shoes & delicous LEGS.
